....when I complaind about PvP interference in the Master pilotmission.

First let me make this clear, I have never called for Kessel to be switched to PvE. In fact I am completely against it. All I ever wanted is for the Master missionsbe taken out of Kessel and put into a PvE zone.

But after reading all the vitrial, hate and viciousness spouted on these boards towards the PvE players in responce, I have now lost any and all sympathy towards the PvP players plight.

And thus, I repeat to them what they have spouted at me when I complained.

Suck it up and play the game.

The Devs have made thier decision on the change after all the abuses and griefingthe PvP players perpetuated in the zone against those trying to do thier Masters missions, and now they are paying the price.

Suck it up and play the game.

How's it like to be on the recieving end of this statement eh?

You are probably enjoying it just as much as I did.

What comes around, goes around.

Enjoy it.

My sentiments exactly. If the PvP-crazed would just lay off the griefing we would still get to keep Kessel as a PvP zone which is the way I would like it too. But at the same time, I'll take this solution over what we have previously.

I sure hope the PvPers can suck it up.

You cried, and they broke a broken system more. They took a car with an oil leak, and ripped out the oil pan. You know what they say, turnabouts fair play, and here it is. We are going to complain about them ruining are fun just as much as you did when you had to maybe fight off a few attacks getting your master mission.

Please do. I'd rather they moved the master mission than just make Kessel PvE.

The glass is half empty....

To me its half full. In my and many others opinions, this fixed something that was seriously broken.

Not inthe way we wanted, but they fixed it.

If you dont think the constantly growing population in Kessel with the sole intent of disrupting others master missions wasnt a growing problem, well your entitled to keep your delusions.

As would I.

I disagreed with the making of Kessel into a PvE zone.

But I will take what I can get.

Many people won't they will have far more cancellations over ruining the major aspect of alot of peoples swg experience (pvp) than some jerkoff having to work a bit harder to get master.

This is the usual reaction to a major change to the Game, no matter what it is.

Iether the players sucked it up and continued to play the game (as I was constantly told to do, and did) or they truely quit.

In the end, more players will join the game and replace who has left, and the game goes on.

NO they won't. This game has been slowly dieng for some time now. JTL was abig boon because of the influx of XvT people. These people as well as the ground pvpers who transitioend to space are getting THE SHAFT at this point, and if it continues WILL QUIT. Make no mistake 10-20% loss in income for a company is huge, and could be the beggining of the end for this game.

We shall see.

The game may be slowly dying because it is becoming an old game. The expansion gave it a slight boost, but that would only last so long anyway. The issue in Kessel wasn't that it was a PvP zone, but rather people camping the loading zones and griefing players... that was the issue. Personally I'm glad to see Kessel PvE, fair to everyone all around. No point in having a mission you must mater in a PvP zone, just doesn't make sense anyway. Attacking players while they are trying to accomplish a difficult mission is very discouraging. Deep space is still a PvP zone though, so the PvPers can have their fun there, you can also go overt in Kessel space and PvP if you want. Honestly, the only reason people were camping out the loading zones in Kessel was to grief players, and thankfully this will stop.

Solutions that would please the majority of people in kessel:

1) take the master mission out of kessel. Dathomir would be nice. or endor. or dantooine.

2) tweak armor and weapon strengths to limit one hit kills. most people don't mind having to fight off the stray PC or 2 or 10, but not when they can't survive the initial pass.

3) load timer on entry. no hyperspace camping if you load into the zone unattackable

4) random hyperspace entry points.
