We disable everything in sight and search every pirate possible, but to no avail.

We had trouble with this one too..

After you complete the escort mission you it will give you a WP you need to search for the Blacklight Pirate. (easiset way i have found is toggle the "t" key this will sort throught all of you targets. If the BL Pirate is not in the group just kill all the spawns and it will update you with another WP.

Just remember after you compete the Escort immeditly begin your toggle to find the BL Pirate.

Once you find him disable his ship inspect him with the "i" key and then /dock

Mission complete

Phase 4: Inspect Blacklight pirate. Go to wp... thereare assasins, bombers, fighters (all T3) and a commander (T5) all in the area but no pirate. I can fight this spawn for hours without any pirate showing up. Great xp but I just want to complete the darn mission!

I fixed this, he should now be easier to find. It will be in a patch coming to the live servers soon. Thanks for the feedback everyone,

Also make sure that he is only attackable by the person with the mission.... alot of people are farming XP out there now

I'm stuck on this too. Although It's setup a little different in my situation, once I arrive in the endor system I have 3 waypoints. I can blast away at any one of these waypoints for a half hour and they keep spawning. No new waypoints will update and I havent seen the blacklight pirate yet. Any ideas?
