Thread: Another sneaky idea to nail AFK looters*...

*Not counting inside dungeons...
Make the mobs shift positions on each spawn...maybe 100m from where they just were...kills the AFK lords...
But it does make the live looters have to run around a bit much...

Most people who AFK loot do it on weak spawns that nobody wants to hunt anyway. Doing this is also griefing, just cause they are afk doesn't mean you can't grief them.

once i was killing Corsec dudes unbuffed and un-armoured..a cheif spawned, and i was getting my ass kicked, frantically i looked around...i saw some guy AFK killing meatlump's, so i ran towards him untill the Cheif agrood the AFK'er. I ran away to heal up as the Cheif killed the AFK'er!!!!!!

There is just one solution that will really work.
Make it so that in between all those meatlumps sometimes a really hard cookie spawns. This guy needs to have around 10k Ham medium armor and 50% resists (yes not to hard but enough for an unbuffed non armor afker). Thgis Mob needs to be NONAGGRESIVE and of a completely new faction (so that u do not have negative faction with them from the scratch). So the mob would only attack if u attack him.
Now go and AFK loot. Will work until this boy spawns

Very good idea, bad part is i doubt Devs even look in the forums for ideas, they just do there own race and expect everyone to change after that

why would you even care if someone is afking on meatlumps? Min exp and crap loot drops, Or you just want the spot for yourself?

That is actually considered a violation of the EULA.

You are probably right on that, which is truly sad.
AFK loot bots should have no rights when it comes to the EULA. But thats just my opinion. If you want to camp a spawn then fine but just actually be at your PC playing the game is all i ask.
