not even useful for blocking another mod. just destroy it unless it's got a good secondary mod in which case use a +1 to block the -ve stat.

Thought you could use s minus mod to get another mod to stick...
Like a CA with 13 melee def and 13 2h speed...then you could use a -1 melee def to get the 2h speed to stick?

No, it doesn't work like that. You'd need to drop a 13 melee or better into the item first in order to get the 2h speed on the multi mod SEA to stick.

i would think about keeping the item if its a good one oh hand anyways. You never know if they will fix this -skill mod thing.
Might be good to keep on hand.
