Can the rez ring be traded?

i'm no expert, but i'm pretty sure they can't be traded

I heard a rumor of being able to get a second one per char??

if you have not already reset the planet's quests, you can go to the planetary NPC (I think in MosEisley) and have them reset Tatt for you. Then you can do all the Tatt quests again.

As I understand it, then ring can't be TRADED per say, but can be given to someone else by marrying them.

Use the "Propose Unity" option on the ring to another player.

I have not tried this, nor do I have the ring...But I am sure I've heard a few times people doing this.
