Thread: Attachments without stats

I will occasionally loot an Armor or Clothing Attachment that doesn't have and stats on it. It still says it's a "Skill Enhancement", but nothing else. I was wondering if I could get an official clarification as to if this is a bug or working as intended.

I can't tell you if it's a bug or working as intended, although I'd bet 1 million creds you'll never hear a dev say it's working as intended.
What I can tell you is that I tried using one of these once and basically it just filled up a socket without adding anything. They're duds.

I have been told *take what you want from this* that blank attatchments will allow both stats on a double stat attatchment to stick.
I kinda doubt it cause I'm sure it would be regular practice by now, but I think I'll play with that this evening to find out...

I just tried this out, when i put the blank CA in it didn't use any sockets. Then i put in a CA with alertness +2 and inj treat +2 and only the alertness stuck and i still had 3 sockets left.
