NPC = BigImperial trooper weilding a stun baton

Problem = fails to loot any items and/or cash and the corpse fails to clear after every looting attempt

i have killed over 300 of these npcs over the last few days only to receive absolutley nothing. this has to be, by definition, a fault. after a so called loot revamp and increased poi spawn rates this problem is easy to spot and diagnose. i am told these particular npcs occasionallly drop holos, which would be a nice loot.

anyone else seen and/or experienced the same issue?

Yes exactly ! when i used to kill them way back i used to get credits and the corpse would dissaper straight away. something is definetaly not right.

this issue i have tested at both naboo and rori Imp POI's

any chance a CSR or DEV could shed some light on this?

confirmed i've cleared the weapon dev facility 20 times and absolutly nada from the dark troopers

dark troopers have been like this since the devs removed their chance to drop holocrons. and even when they dropped holocrons i dont remember them dropping cash. at the moment all they are good for is the fp and exp. watch out for them though they all use stun batons. can get painful with more than 4 on you.

wait. So DT's don't drop holos anymore? is this permanent? Where are we supposed to get holos now? They used to be my main source of income. Does this mean there is a game wide shortage? or are the holo's dropping off a different mob now? i wish a DEV could shed some light. The jedi's are getting wrestless.

darktroopers not dropping loot is a result of the pub 12 patch, the same thing happened after pub 11, but the devs fixed it within a couple days. Dunno why they haven't fixed it this time yet, but it is a know issue on the bug issues thread. Also the Imp surface marshalls, Inquisitors, and Force-weilders still drop holos, just not nearly as often as the darktroopers did.
