i recently looted a skill tape with:

armour assembly +5

droid complexity +4

and medical assemble +13

now being a doctor i want the use of teh medical skill but to get that is it true that i wouldneed a item of clothing with armour assemble +6 and droind complexity +5?

The medical assembly will stick. The highest mod is the one that works. If two mods are equal then the first one sticks.
