Aaku'an on Talus also drop all the Datapad parts. You need 2 Connectors, Battery, Backlight and a Broken Datapad for the Datapad Housing to get a working one. But don't ask me what its for

Oh... i know what they're for....I just can't be stuft losing all that faction standin & then having to re-gain it.

The Datapads, some of them anyway, are more or less a novalty item...

They Have Stories, Information Snippets & stuff on them..., Like how to mine, Hunt etc..., some i have heard have stories & such.

No Real big Deal about them, but nice to have a working one sitting on my Desk, as opposed to the old broken ones.

Theres meant to be about 12 different ones, or so i've heard., but on't quote me on that number though.

You only need one connector.

I bin doing Aaku'an on Talus now for nearly 2 buff sessions, the most i got out of these guys is 1 broken data pad & a Locked Container...

You Sure these guys spit out Datapad Casings & Connectors?

Canyon Corsairs on Lok have some datapad parts, as do the Cobral NPC's on Rori.

Fix a corrupt datadisk and put it in the repaired datapad and you'll get a nice little "book".

yeah I managed to assemble2 of them, got a chapter of a story, I believe there are 6 of them total. Mine talked about a trandosinian and I think its linked to the wanted poster that is also new loot.

pretty interesting, but it would be nice if you could combine them together to make a book that has 6 chapters instead of 6 individual things taking up inventory space.
