I actually got one out of a treasure chest yesterday. Usually just delete those treasure maps, but I was bored and said wth. Bad thing is when I used it I got a cargo port poster to go along with the 4 I already have

The only one I ever found I got off the bazaar. But at least I made a coronet skyscraper with it!

Got 3 in about 5 minutes killing a binayre hooligan spawn400m outside Dearic, Talus. This is supposed to be a semi static spawn (different mobs, same general area). It disappeared about 5 minutes after I started when a wild lair spawned next to it. Also got 3 blue wiring in that same period.

Yep, I've run into this spawn a few times, and was lucky enough to sit on it for about 45mins to an hour before it despawned and respawned some chunkers. Got about 15 of these screens in that time, so it seems they drop it alot. I think the Binayre POI on Talus spawns the hooligans also, but I haven't been that way in awhile.

I have also found a couple from the Erran Sif POI.
