Dear Dev Team:

First off, thank you for the very hard work you've put into the last 2 publishes. I love the new loot and the new changes coming out. I feel like you've finally begun to seriously consider what we, as players, want to see and are doing it. That being said, there's an issue about the new loot revamp I would like to address.

The art and design guys have been doing a great job with the new posters and loot. It looks very very good. But you've introduced a problem now because of it. You're giving us more and more cool loot, but we're not getting more storage space.

I understand and have listened many times to you talk about the database issues with this and I'm sure this is a difficult thing to do. But we need you to understand that we love this new stuff and are incredibly disappointed that we're running out of room so quickly to display it.

We know you have a lot on your plate, we know the Combat Upgrade is eating a lot of your time and effort. But we would not ask for something like this if it was not needed. I hope one of you will end up reading this and taking it to your numerous meetings I'm sure you have just to get an answer if this is at all feasible and if it's realistic to hope for something like this and open a dialogue with us on the subject. There are enough of us who would be glad to tell you what we like and don't like about something you come up with, and offer alternatives.

So, if you're a red name and reading this, ask yourself, "Can we do this?"

Thank you, and keep the hard work coming. We do appreciate it.

-Caile

Agree, managing inventory has become a real chore lately.

Thank you.

It came about as I was whining about another thread this morning and realized what an idiot I sounded like. As an Armorsmith, I have many many many many resources I use...(*cough* 26 million units to be exact) I use 10 factories and 4 houses spread out over my city to house it all, and it would be REALLY nice if I could condense that down a bit. Maint costs when you have that much get high.

Don't ask why I have 26 million units of resources. You just don't want to know.

I used to have a weaponsmith so I know about the resources. I know that one time about a year ago we asked for 1 million stacks for resources, and they told us no because of DB issues. Not too sure how much more dependant the DB is if it you have 10 stacks of This resource compaired to 1 stack of this resource.

In my real house, I can have furnishings AND use the closets to store things. Would be nice if I could do RP and storage in one house instead of two. I placed a PA, and I have a yacht... that leaves me two lots open to store things. /pout

I completely agree. As a loot whore I have had storage problems for a long time. I now have 7 houses mostly filled, a full bank and 5 droids full. I want to display all my new stuff in my main house but it is full. Even just giving us 50 more items per house would be a nice start.

Yeah, yesterday when I was running between my various homes that I'm forced to have to store my things I was wishing the item limit was increased.

I agree storage is an issue especially for people who have cantinas and Guildhalls and large houses.. the ratios just dont work..

Small & medium take2 lots and have 150 items and then you suddenly leap to 6 lots and .... 250 items?? surely the lots on guildhalls and cantinas and large houses should be 450?or the lots reduced. Pretty much everyone who has a large house has it for show.. Cantinas and Guildhalls are also pretty much show pieces, but the storage just doesn't allow you much scope for creativity.

Our guildhall is busting at the seams with all the paintings etc its great that we have all this new stuff but our guildhall is pretty much decorated only upstairs in the main room because the storage limit doesnt really allow us to decorate throughout which I'd love to be able to do without it looking bitty. The additional 200 items that really should be allowed would make a huge difference and open players up to let their creative juices flow.

**hint hint and of course when the furniture colorization comes into effect * hint hint grovel grovel beg ... which I'm sure the DEVS will give us one day cos they love us all dearly .. well that will expand the individuality further and people will really want that extra storage in the larger buildings.
