I've been trying to get a feed tube since the new patch came out. I've spent atleast 15 hours out at Fort Tusken and I haven't looted a single one yet. I've done all kinds of looting: /loot, /loot all, double-clicking corpse, using radial menu, ect. I've ruled out that I am this unlucky and that they are dropping fine for others. Now.. For those of you who HAVE looted them.
Were you at Fort Tusken?
If not...
Was it a random spawn?
Was it a mission?
What type of Tusken did you loot it from?
How long did it take to loot one?
Please contribute to this list so that we can figure out how to loot these most efficiently (or even at all). Thanks for any help and hopefully we can discover the secret behind Feed Tubes..

Would it make you cry if I told you I got 2 of them in less than an hour?
I was wasting the last of my buffs at Ft. Tusken, I think i got them both from commoners, or one of the lower level tuskens.
All I can tell you is that its alot like a bunch of the new loot, it seems to drop in clumps. Sometimes nothing, other times bunches.

Thanks for the info, I know the Ft. Tusken can drop them now.. And the thing about them dropping in clusters.. probably true. Got 3 spinner blades in 20-30 minutes after hunting for 4 hoursand gettingnothing.

I got one in less than an hour at the fort, after clearing the top level I ran straight into the cave (as you do) and was promptly chased out but the executioner, observer and a witch doctor lol. I'd killed a tusken captain on my way out without even realising it and went back to loot it after the terrible trio had returned to the bowels of the cave and low and behold, a feeder tube. Stayed there another hour to collect 6 crystals, 2 of them clear. I had an awsome day for loot yesterday.

you my friend have just been very unlucky....I too have looted one in less than 30 minutes at fort tusken....was my first time back there in nearly 6 months.....I almost deleted it as I had not looked at the new loot list yet and then I figured I'd keep in since I never saw it before.
If I remember correctly, I got it from a commoner,,,,but I'm not 100% sure on that....I do know it was from fort tusken though, no question about that......matter of fact, I was getting more loot there then I have gotten in one place in a long long time...I filled up my main inv. and my backpack in about 2 hours there.....for some reason, I was getting biological effect controllers in groups of 6 or 8. They were pretty decent too....but I deleted them because my main goal was to get some crystals...hehehe, my jedi is starving for the bright sparkling stones

Just looted one at Fort Tusken about 2 hours into my buffs...

Wow I really must be very unlucky then. Actually I probably used up all the luck I had by getting the agitator motor schematic within 25 minutes of Corsair hunting. Oh well.. back out to Fort Tusken.. Thanks for everyone's contributions.

I'm about ready to:
A. Grab a huge sledgehammer and destroy my computer and monitor
B.Go to the SWG HQ and whoop some ass
C. Quit the game and delete my character
D.Cause personal harm to myself
E.Yell as loud as I can using obscenties only
F.ALL OF THE ABOVE!
I just do not understand this at all... I went out there again for 2 hours and got the same old tusken crap loot. Another crystal again for !@#$'s sake! I have looted over 10 crystals and not a single feed tube. This doesn't make any sense at all. I'm about ready to give up on this ridiculous search.. All I'm doing is wasting my time. I've already maxed out my 1-handed and combat xp about 5 trips ago.. Basically I'm camping this place every day just so that I can destroy every item that comes into my inventory.. Great fun..

Another buff session.. another feed tube'less day. This time I even killed random spawns before going to the Tusken Fort.. Seriously.. have these dropped within the last couple of days for anyone?
