Where is the best place for a master commando to obtain AA's and CA's? I will be fighting with buffs / brandy / 80%composite armor.

Trade forums. It takes some waiting, but invariably one drops that you want, and you can trade other loot you got from Quests for it, or sell that loot and trade money for it.
Seriously though. Unless you mean SEA's that you intend to sell and not use :-p

Don't mean ones specific to commando, but all of them, so I can sell and buy the ones I need. But I need a place that a commando can solo to get them.
