where and which npc loot this picture ?

These can be looted currently by Rebels and Imperials

Rebels Can loot them by killing any NPC Imperial

Imperials have to go to the warren and kill the troopers there (much harder since far fewer troopers to kill there)

This drop is extremly rare my very first ever poster was this, and I hope they keep it rare.

And also - Belldona missions on corellia, 6.6k missions

Imp's can loot them without having to go to the warren

See so imps do have ways of looting these so they can stop crying.

Nope your wrong about where Imps can loot these. I am an Imperial and I got 3 of them from doing lvl 64 missions out of Cnet. from Beldonna's. I got 3 Victory and 2No Divisionposters plus some other new loot.
