I looted a numberComposite Bracer today, from one of three gungans standing where Mordran otherwise spawns. It had 17% and about , but was still fun to loot.

So far:

17% - 8K Condition - 20 HAM

7% - 38K Condition - 20 HAM

20% - 35K Condition - 18 HAM

20% - 39K Condition - 20 HAM

20% - 23K Condition - 20 HAM

I've hit Mordran off an on and have never gotten anything un-craptacular off him and his homies.

Really he only gives crap. I can beat him and his buddies unbuffed so i dont xpect to get much better than the comp off him anyhow!
