I just find it humorous that people pay the 20-30 bucks for the game, then another 15 a month for the subscription. Then aren't even playing the video game themselves, kinda ironic.

how the heck are people supposed to know when they cross the line??? How long can someone stay at a spawn before they are spawn camping and should be penalized?

GUILD SPAWN CAMPING IS AGAINST SOE TOS OF SERVICE...read the os agreement
I encourage everyone who is at nyax to rtake screen sots of large amounts of guild members and report them to SOE. SOE needs to enforce ALL there rules in the TOS. If they dont them large amounts of guilds will keep doing this. I have been there 2 times now and oth times its the same people and same guilds breaking the TOS rules.
ENFORCE YOUR RULES SOE...or allow everyone to break them...

lol WHAT? I admit, ive camped nyax before. All i got from the experience was lots of time to message my friends and joke around with my group members, browse the forumsand oh ya, millions of credits worth of attachments. Other than that it sucked.
ive said before. SOE encourages this behavior.

no SOE doesnt "encourage" people to camp spawns such as nyax. People have brought up the rule thinger from the game terms and it says no camping. they dont encourage it. and unless an SOE rep such as a CSR tells u this u can't say they are

soe does encourage it simply because they don't discourage it. The reason why they dont discourage it is because they've never enforced a spawn camping penalty and they've never defined what "spawn camping" is. How do you know you are doing something wrong when neither soe nor the playersknow at what point spawn camping becomes spawn camping.

hmmm...interestiong point...exceptI don't afk loot. How bout you take them to the borgle cave to see people load in just to loot the debris pile and log off or the people that afk farm meatlumps. Go find some other reason to cry. Those people are doing the same thing. The only difference is that they are not killing something you want to. So I say it one more time....and yes...1* me please.

This isn’t a single player game. There are some things that everyone wants but not everyone can get. Hate to break it to you, I know it’s going to bother you but that’s just the way it is. If there aren’t things you need to be elite combat profession to get or be in a group of elite combat professions to get, what’s the point of playing the game for long time to be able to get them.
This isn’t communism the game, it’s not “To everyone according to their need from everyone according to their ability.”
It’s to everyone according to their ability from everyone according to their need. Meaning if you want it you have to work and fight to get it.

I dont know if this has been Mention, just have lord Nyax spawn at a random place with in 500m around the POI.
No one can camp it then.

an interesting idea. I think 1k meters would be better though. Usually there is a group of 5 camping the poi and they could easily cover 500m

These Guys cannot be beaten, they are equipped with the Best Tapes, "The very ones they looted for free" & use their 1 hit tactics in tag teams, to ensure that "No-body,......., but no-body else can get them", unless they buy them through them at impossible prices.
DEV's Please Put a timer on these Spawn Places or start Kicking These Worthless, Opportunitsic Scumbags from the game, so that everyone can have a go.
Or mabe even Start having the other NPC's that carry them, Drop them at a faster rate, & also put them on Lower Level NPC's & make the damn things worthless, so thet these guys don't have a reason to camp.
Frankly, I'm sick of goint to nearly any place in this game to "Acctually" Play the game, Only to find the spot Perma Camped by some little Guild Geek & his Buds.
i agree with the fact u have better equipment, weapons, tapes, ect. and u are outdamaging the parties. i DON'T agree with the fact u would even *want* to sit there for more then 1 buff session. The game really *isn't* all about loot incase u havent noticed. there are other people that play. u can do this thing called talking to them or maybe just hunt something else for fun. Maybe PvP. There is NO reason why u would need to camp a place for 6 hours, let alone why would u want to do that, and not let anyone else have a shot. If ur gonna camp the place stay one buff session then leave. just b considerate of others for once, ,its not that hard or big of a deal. and no BTW i have been to nyax's place a few times before he was camped and before this patch, buti wont b going back. there is pleanty other places u can get good loot and have fun. NS drop lots of good loot. Krayts drop good loot all the time, jsut dont go after a patch cuz the drops will b fuc*ed up since SOE can't do patches for crap. I am not saying get away so i can hog, just saying give others a chance u arent the only people in the game and those arent't the only loot mob in the game.
