Blue wire seem to be only dropping from Binyare Hooligans, wich unfortunately dont spawn in mission camps

The problem with those static spawns is that they can be hooligans, chunkers or sleemos, it is random what spawn it is, and it seem to change at server resets



I have been to that same place 2 days in a row and its has been hooligans both times. I will check again.
