I have NEVER looted a vierscreen tech reader off Binayres.... on Radiant Server I found them off Valerian Swooper Leaders.

Yes. They do work. Although you need to add these items to the Printer ONLY when you have them all.
It should output 1 of 3 paintings... Cargo Port Blueprint, Corellian Skyscraper Blueprint or Freedom Poster. (although I have yet to get a Freedom poster.... can anyone confirm this?)

I'm aware of what they make, I was just informing of the ones that can only be made by the printers, the rest are easy enough to loot off NPC's without having the kits.
And I have found my tech readers of Binayres. I'm sure there are others that can confirm this. I have also found 1 or 2 off of Dune Stalkers on Tatooine, but I have found way more off of Binayres.
