Anyone looted these from something else than Binayre pirates since the drop rate for these seems to be somewhere between exceptional and legendary T-21's

I've gotten 3 blue wiring from them so far, nowhere near as bad as Feeder Tubes from Tuskens.

Well i have gotten zero of them, and i've been killing a lot of them i can tell you

did you try the POI ? seems to be the higer levels only dropping the blue wiring

Still haven't seen a screenshot of a spinner blade. I've been fighting Hidden Daggers and haven't looted any yet. So.. I'm still somewhat skeptical. As for feed tubes.. Worst... Ever.. I've spent atleast 10 hour at Fort Tusken with no feed tube drop for me yet. I've looted 5 crystals already from there and not a single feed tube..

Well ive got 4 spinner blades in this buff session so far, they look like sword cores (cba to upload a screenshot)

Many times
Heating elements seem to have the same drop rate as spinner blades from hidden daggers

I am on day 3 of runnning missions for hidden daggers and have gotten every kind of loot they could possibly drop except spinner blades. I cant even get one and I need 4 for a processor? Is there something I am missing? Oh and the tusken cave has been camped or occupied by Obsevers and Witch Doctors, are the recyclers going to be the next gen of the Jetpack?
I am on the scylla server, I wonder if this is punishment for the T21

quite the contrary actually. It's the lowest level (hooligan) that has been reported dropping them the most often. That isn't saying much, however. The drop rate on them is horrid. It's easy to find Binayre pirates and chiefs in the wild, it's finding hooligan spawns that's the real pain in the ass

Looted another one from a Hooligan at the POI now.
There are 3 hooligans there and they spawn every 1h10m ca, seems to be the best bet to find one currently.

Try outside Derlic about 300-500m there is a static spawn of 2 hooligans. I got 5 blue wires in about 20 mins.

The problem with those static spawns is that they can be hooligans, chunkers or sleemos, it is random what spawn it is, and it seem to change at server resets
