A few months ago I got it in my head to get positive or negative in each faction possible. So, I took a look at the TREs and got the full list. There are some "possible" factions (like Warren Cyborg or Gorax) that are impossible to get. Believe me, I spent a month hunting Gorax just to make sure killing one wouldn't net me negative Gorax faction. The ones that will show up in your factions tab are listed below.

Now we just need to fill in the blanks. Meaning "If I kill X, I get positive faction from Y". Some appear to have been removed or changed, such as Marauder.

Naboo faction decreases come from killing NPCs such as the Naboo Holy Men which are found roaming Naboo. Word of warning though, there is a difference between these, Plainsfolk and Philosophers. The last 2, are Townperson faction and out of these 3 which roam together, ONLY the Holy Men decrease the Naboo faction.

Unfortunately, i haven't found which NPCs actually increase the faction which is a problem.

you also gain corsec faction by killing Aqualish and Binayre (is that how you spell it?) on Talus
