I got a medical mouse droid last night and I am unsure how to use it. There are a lot of different commands for formations and other stuff like befriend .. ( I guess droids don't like you by default and you have to befriend it a lot for him to like you ??? ) Everytime I give my new droid a command his reply is "?" everytime. Can anyone help me with the droid commands etc.. and whats the most effective way of using the droid.

Also I can open the droid but I can't put anything into his inventory, whats this for?

I also have a recharge option, how often does he need to be recharged?

When I call him I can heal people's wounds outside the hospital, but when I am running a mission by the time I get to the way point my droid is no longer with me, as if he is unable to keep up, is there any solution to this? Or basically should I run and stop run and stop so he stays with me?

There is a droid guide on the forum somewhere, do a search for it, its very helpful. As far as programming the droid.

You choose a command from the radial menu.

It prompts the question mark.

Then you type in the voice command in your chat box and hit enter.

Then an ! mark shows that the droid accepted it.

Then you can use that voice command.

If you look in your datapad, and examine the droid there, you will see a list of the commands it knows and the keyword to invoke that command at the bottom of the left hand information section of the examine window. If you wish to change that word, do like you are doing. Except after you select the command from the radial menu, speak the word you want the droid to associate with the command. For instance, select 'Stay' from the radial drop down and say 'Red Light'. Once the droid recognizes this as the command, when you say 'Red Light' it will stay put.

How long does it take to get the droid to recognize commands? Got me, I've been trying to teach my mouser to follow different command words. So far, it only seems to decide to recogonize it when I mistype it the one time out of 50 trys! Also, you are suppose to get it to recognize it's name. The manual says to follow the same steps, except put it's name before the command. When I did that, the stupid thing decided that the command word was it's name plus the command word. Haven't been able to revert it back to just the command word.

It's suppose to follow the same rules as animal trainning. Any animal trainners out there that can give us some tips on trainning?

I followed Jokecamp's advice, and looked up a droid command guide (just do a search for droid guide). Found that inorder to name it, you have to teach it four commands with it's name at the beginning (i.e. "Spot Red Light", "Spot Green Light", "Spot Tag", "Spot Bite"). After the fourth command, it will know it's name. I tried it out, and it did learn it's name. Still, the droid doesn't seem to listen very well.

how do you call a droid without physically going to datapad to call it, there must be some kind of ui action command for it surely?
