whats the spawn time between spawns once found?

My experience with this indicates that it should spawn every 3 or so minutes. I may be off, but I found my spawn - killed it - and about three minutes later, my buddy was able to get his mark as well. Same exact spot. Here's a word of advice though. If you are looking for your hermit quest spawns, don't cruise around endlessly on your swoop or av-21 tabbing through targets. Head out from the cave and then wait. If nothing happens after 3 of 4 minutes, cruise a thousand or so meters and wait again. I've heard some real horror stories about people searching for days and days for a spawn, and I'm pretty sure that this is because they are constantly moving. I finished the quests in a day using this strategy. Good luck!
