-In the past it's fairly simple, at the launch pad, just click on edit account then you have the option to edit or cancel account. Today i want to check when my account expires, i click on account, it opens up a new window with edit registration but the edit registration only gives options to edit things such as passwords, i can't seem to find the option to edit account billing or cancel account with this new launch pad, please help.

I kinda have the same problem, only I don't want to cancel an account. My brother has an account and I have one too, both JTL enabled and when I went to log on his account last night, all it gave me was an enter expansion number or edit account. I don't understand this, it's never done this before, when I logged onto his account, from my pc. Any help?

i had the same problem.

open launchpad

click register expansion

there is a cancel acount option in there to stop the billing.

they really need to update the FAQ in accounts/billing section, took me 2hrs to firgure this one out

DEV's please do not push the CU live. Just balance the CURRENT SYSTEM.

Or you can click on my account at the top of this page. From there you can click on Billing Info and Subscriptions. Took me about two minutes to figure that out yesterday when I needed to enter a game card.
