Please forgive these "dumb" questions, but I've searched in vain for hours on the forums for an answer, and found nothing. Any help would be appreciated!

Is the Luxury Yacht colorable (with an artisan-created paint kit)?

Can it take damage (from laster blasts, etc..)?

Does it require some sort off maintenance, as with vehicles?

I've been using my yacht for a while, and still haven't found the answer to these questions.

a1)not to sure sorry

a2) no ur yacht should never come under attack... and ie stupid players that like to shoot u for fun dont register as damage...

a3) no damage = no maintenace fee

Yup, it can be painted and textured. You must first use a texture kit, then a paint kit. And these items are from a Shipwright, not an Artisan.

Nope, it's invulnerable.

Does it require some sort off maintenance, as with vehicles?
Not at all. If you use the /escapepod yes command, then I've heard it'll take a little damage, and then you can repair it back on the ground or via a space station.

I've been using my yacht for a while, and still haven't found the answer to these questions.

escapse pods are for if you have some ppl up in your yacht .. and one of them needs to head to ground ... instead of landing for just that one person ... the person can use the escape pod to land on the planet that they are above
