I have gone on the DWB raid many times and have crafted many jet packs and such. I am trying to work on my mando armor. But everytime I go to kill the overlord, he never spawns. When I have gone before we just blew up the debri with the droid then went in the room and clicked on the term then the overlord would spawn. But now everytime I go in and blow the debri up and click on the term he never spawns. Am I doing something wrong? Did they change something with the term? Or is it just another SOE bug that will take 6 months to a year to fix?

I beleive there's two overlords - one of which is the one you're talking about, is the Imperial Mission spawn. The other overlord is in the far corner of the Mines, and has been there every single time I've gone, and there is no debris to blow up to get to him.
