No no no, not mods where you change a file and everyone can see you. Appereance mods. Its actually not against it if you use apperance mods. Appearance mods will turn your charecter into ...lets say....you have compo armor, you can change it into Mando armor. It will look like mando, but it wil still have the same stats as your compo and people around you will see you in compo.

Is that a bit clearer?
