I'm seeing all these people selling game guide's that claim to have a method to get 100-400k xp per hour. Also the same with credits. Is this actually possible?

What type of xp are you asking about? There are several profs that can easily do that.

Waste of RL money. Dont do it. There are several combat profs that can easily get way more than 100k xp per hour. My TKM/Fencer toon can gat 900k xp in both in a buff set. While its not much fun its possible. As far as selling credits for money, it may be worth it some people. Not me. I already pay so much in subscription fees it just doesnt seem worth it.
