Is it possible to transfer a house to another player?

It's been a while since I've done this but if I remember correctly, if both of you stand in the house and you target him and type /transferstructure then it will go to the other player.

But be aware that if you have vendors in the house, you wont be able to transfer it until they are removed.

And also make sure the recipient has enough lots available first!

SWG is a lot like the Nicotrol System.

With each patch, you're that much closer to quitting.

Items in the house (or factory hoppers, etc) are okay though. They will also transfer to the new owner.

I just did this with a factory full of stuff and it worked just fine.
