Totally nooby question but its giving me some grief

Ive just got the expansion and got my free sorosuub and of course like the excited child at xmas i just launched and away i went.

Then i saw that fateful options of leave terminal to have a wander...after admiring my shop i know find that i cant get back to piloting and cant find a terminal that lets me fly my ship again

Any help appreciated
