Thread: How to find and buy items on a vendor more efficiently

As a Weaponsmith and Merchant there are a two questions that come up all the time from newbie players and sometimes some not so new players in regards to the VENDOR INTERFACE.


A common session:
Customer: I'm at your vendor looking for (any weapon I know I have in stock), but I don't see any?
Me: I know I have some in stock on my vendor.
Customer: Nope, you don't have any.
Me: Are you looking under the category correctly?
Customer: What's that?


OR


Customer: I'm at your vendor looking for Laser Rifles but all I see are T21s?
Me: I know I have some in stock on my vendor.
Customer: Nope, you don't have any.
Me: Have you clicked the Next Items button?
Customer: What's that?

Well, we don't think too highly of people with no common sense, no intuition and an utter disregard for documentation... but unlike you we don't rant about it.


What good would a sign do? Anyone too stupid to realize that the "Next Items" button will show you more items is either too illiterate, dense or just plain lazy to read a sign.


It's amazing how people who can't or won't read one thing demand another thing to read to tell them to do so. But then again, the irony of that is lost on the obtuse.


Now I'm sure you're going to flame me too, but it's clear that you're poorly armed for a battle of wits, so I'll do as you ask and say...
