Anyone have a link that lists the lots sizes required for every type of structure?

Small Naboo House Round Style - 1
Small/Medium House - 2
Large House - 6
Guild Hall - 7
Harvestor - 1
Multiplayer Ship - 1

One slight correction - Structure Factories take up 2 lots

Classed as city structures and dont take lots...like a city hall doesnt

Not any more. As I recall this was changed in the same fix that lowered the lot requirements for PA Halls, though I can't find the patch notes (they don't seem to retain them for long).

ITEM LIMITS = 75 per LOT with a MAX CAP of 250 items
Small round Naboo = 1 lot = 75 items
Merchant Tent = 1 lot = 75 items (Must have Merchant Efficiency 4)
Small Other = 2 lots = 150 items
Merchant Tent = 1 lot = 75 items (Must have Merchant Efficiency 4)
Small Other = 2 lots = 150 items
Medium All = 2 lots = 150 items
Large All = 6 lots = 250 items
PA Hall = 7 lots = 250 items
PA Hall = 7 lots = 250 items
Factory = 1 lot = 100 items Input Hopper/100 items Ouput Hopper (Manufactured items only can go in the output)
Sorosuub Yacht = 1 lot = 75 items (Veteran Reward)

Rillosois half right...
Cantina, Theater, and Medical Center all take 5 (maybe 6) lots. They may also be used as the owners personal residence.
The Garage is a city structure like the Bank, City Hall, Gardens, etc. and take no lots.

Did this recently change? I know our mayor tried to place a garage when they first came out and couldn't because she was out of lots. Even though it takes a mayor to place them, she couldn't because she had 0 lots available.
