I was travelling through Tatooine (as you do) when an NPC spoke to me one of those random generic 'greetings' (now of course, with the recent addition of moods), and this is what it looks like on spatial:

So, does anyone have any idea what the bugged mood could be? Or, if it's a completly unrelated thing?
Does this completely unimportant and insignificant problem warrant a bug report?
