I really hate people generalising that all under 18's are irresponsible, caus thats just not true.

i have met many sub 17ers who were more mature than the 40 year olds that play simply because they have a better distinguishment between reality and fantasy. however, responsibility is not the key here. quite simply, as a minor, it is not legal for you to enter into a contract. your parent or gaurdian is still responsible for you. therefore you cannot enter intot he agreement, meaning you could tell everything of beta you wanted and ther ewould be no real legal recourse other than "you should know better". however, if you are reading the Beta forums then someone in your house IS over the age of 18 and they CAN be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law...
so, if daddy or big bro is in beta and letting you read the boards they are in breach of the NDA. if you say something about it and it gets traced back to him, he is in BIG trouble...

Anyone know if this is gonna be another NDA oriented? i alread know you have to be 18+ which really ticks me off, so im guessing that it is.
Why? WHY? oh well maybe in three years i can get my moneys worth. way to go SOE leave you littluns out again.

Beta's have to be protected by NDAs and targeted at the most responsible members of the community to make them as effective as possible... I'm sure this one will be great!

Further, minors cannot legally sign the contract requirement of the NDA.
