Is there a good place to get a guide to cries of Alderan act 1? And don't say Allakhazam because I can't make sense of theirs and I think it is rebel only. I already have a set of 4 encrypted discs. Do I need a deadeye decoder?

As far as I know you cannot do the Cries of Alderaan quests anymore. They where only active for a short time then ended..

The disks don't drop anymore though, so finding one will be very difficult. There may be some still out there, and if you have all 4 disks, just read and assemble them and turn them in for the credit. Last one that I had seen turned in was roughly eight months ago when I gave out the last 5 completed sets I had on inventory for those that hadn't done it yet

CoA is over, to the best of my knowledge. Dev word on the issue is that it's a lesson learned--CoA was a big deal that went away and wasn't available anymore--hence the series was dropped after CoA III... It was cool, however.
