Thread: Reclaiming expired accounts

Is there any plans to let people reclaim accounts they let expire with the new expansion out.
I had two accounts and the one expired as I have been awol for months. I know that that is MY fault, but I know there have been "pick back up your account now that things are new" type of promos in the past.

I heard that you just log in and you have a 10 day trial for reactivating old accounts. If it's been over 6 months, then it's probably been wiped out. Try logging in and see.

OK i finally got my old station name and password figured out for my first account (this is the 2cd account i bought way back when.) I tried to log in and the account is "closed". Does anyone know, if i resubscribe, do i get my characer back or is it just a new account, cause if so I will just keep the one account.

it's hard to say.... they could have removed your account if it is older than 6 months.... or maybe not.. who knows.
IMHO, there is no need to remove anyones account and any items they have on person...

when you reopen your account your toons should still be there......but then again that depends on how long time its been inactive I guess. I know I reopened 2 of my accounts and it still had my toons on it.
