Thread: How do I make an orange rug.

Ok. I've got all 7 sections, and the adhesive.....Now what?

You still need the dye and patches.
When you have those, get a kit from one of the junk vendors. Drag each item to the kit, and it will autoassemble itself.

You need to find a Junk Dealer (try with the planetary map under Vendor/Junk Dealer), this npc give you the toolkit for assembly your rug.

Thank you. I found out you need ten items.
Orange Rug Dye.
Orange Rug Adhesive. (probably the hardest loot item to find)
Orange Rug Patches (1 item)
1-7 Orange Rug thread sections.
Like the folks said, get a free auto loom kit by conversing with an NPC Junk dealer, and voila!
The same thing probably goes for a blue rug.
Here are the prices I found. (starsider server)
Rug threads...easy to loot. any bazaar has them for 2-6 k
Rug adhesive....Couldn't find on bazaar. I bought one for 100k, and later found 2 on someones vendor for 5k each.
Rug Dye... Looted mine from a nightsister, I've seen them being auctioned for around 500k in the forums
Rug Patches... Again bought from a vendor for 5 k, (this may be cheap) but haven't been able to loot one yet.

wrong, auto-looming is free, just put everything into the kit, and it'll transform into the orange rug with no fee

The Orange Auto Loom is free. But you can only have one "auto crafting tool" in your inventory. The Junk dealer won't give you a second one. Even if it's for another item. You can't drop them in your house either. Only a bank. Hope this helps.

You can't try to trick the dealer to giving you another one either by putting it in the bank. Thus you are stuck with the one you have until you either complete the kit or get frustrated to the point of destroying the kit.
Note: I haven't tried giving the kit to someone I trust and then try to get a second kit.

i suggest getting all the pieces before you start jammin em in the machine
