is there anyway to back up the ingame settings, like postion of radar and other items on the hud. also what graphics settings are you used ingame.

Go into your SWG folder, and copy the "profiles" folder. When the game crashes, which it will, then copy that folder back into the SWG folder. Make sure you update the copied folder from time to time. I had this problem quite some time ago, had to figure it out for myself, since the tech support wouldn't support me.

ya know they are supposed to save automatically. but ever since jtl i noticed they havent always been saving. my guild chat box always dissappears when i login and my radar moves form where i originally had it. always saved fine before jtl.

i dont meen saving in particular i mean backup, because i have occasionally had my computer crash on me, while playing star warsand bugger up my settings in which i spent sometime tweaking and finetuning
