No option to search the storage container at the rouge corsec base.....

you search a desk for a container.... go down the somwhere there should be 2 desks on left, its the further one

Correct, go down into the bunker, right before you enter the very final room (there's no door, but it's a noticeable room change) on the left there are two desks, search the one closer to the final room.

It's the desk right next to the container down at the bottom of the small building.

I just did it last night, so it's working.
