Im sure lots of people have asked this, but then I dont see any topics about it. Someone told me you loot parts in space take them apart, then put them back to gether, but that doesnt make any sense.

your local Shipwright has to take you space loot and Reverse Engineer it. Then there is a slight possiblity that they might find one of the 8 parts to the firespray schematic. When the SW has collected all 8 they can combine them for a 5-8 use firespray schematic. So get friendly with your local SW.
