The rebel theme park (NW Corellia) used to give one out in the first phase (C3PO.) Not sure if it still this way.

Dath Science Outpost med center there is a criminal tha gives missions and the speaker is a reward. Can do as many times as you like.

Also, talk to a criminal on the north side of mos espa by the vehicle garage, his missions drop speakers and black sun medallions (good for me and my guild)

all (criminal) NPCs give missions for them. they can be found in every city.
