ok problably asked a billion times do we have to wait for players to get the skills to build ships or can we buy them from npc and if so were thanks guys.

Like almost EVERY item in the game, ships are player-made.

SORT OF. The Shipwright makes BLUEPRINTS. The CHASSIS DEALER (NPC) converts that to a chassis. The Chassis dealer stands near the space terminals in the bigger cities. I only used the ones in Kadaara, Moenia, Theed, and Bestine. I think I saw one in Coronet and Tyrena. I dont remember them on the advanced planets.
