is the corsec thread park been removed from game? I can not find any information on it.

The only one I know of for corsec this the one in coronet city hall. You start with a famale in the main room then (I think) the mayor in a side room. The last mission for the mayor is a group of dark troopers so you need to be rebel for these missions.
