We can place any other form of trainer in our cities... why not Shipwright. I hear pilot trainers give missions, but SW is just your ordinary cut and dried profession. Would be nice if we could have them in our cities. Since player cities are pretty much dead anyway, this would actually give people an excuse to come by.
