I think SOE has done a great job with item control and usable skills. I compare it to other MMORPG... however, they lack the useless items for fun.
They make fishing too hard to be enjoyable as a rec, and they don't include any rec items I can see.
They should incldue some non-skill items for when ur waiting on a factory... or want to just do something low key.
For those that are confused as to what I mean.....
A checkers board would be easy to do... Just have the option to invite a player to join.
A deck of cards
We have those dice and fireworks.... we should have something to go with them.

There's a few casinos since launch date. It's more less just text though. All I have to comment on the fishing part is it's not too hard for me... Fishing in certain spots, and crafting a good pole is essential. I think my pole was +14.0 or something. I know a lot of bad poles are on the bazaar at times, and can make fishing a big headache. It's pretty fun to go fishing with a guildie, or long time freind every now and then though.

If you want some real good fishing, get a Master Artisan to make you a +90 or better pole. I've got one at +96 and I catch about 90% of the time (mainly due to my not paying attention)
But I can see Pazaak being part of the game quite easily. Even if it is just text. But just take a que from KOTOR and make a small GUI for it. Good times... Have only lost 10% of my Pazaak games on KOTOR

NOOOO!!! Not Pazaak!! When playing KOTOR I think I must've won that game...once. Lost all my credits I did.

I am a master artisian who can make +99 poles... occasionally find the materials to make 100+ poles.
I don't like spending time gathering bait to relax.
