Every time I start the game the Helper Droid comes up to ask me if I need any help.

How and where do I stop him from comming out?

just delete the little sucker from your data pad

Press ctrl-d, then click the data tab on the top, find the little green droid and click delete off the radial menu.

If this is a new character, I think there's some minimum in-game time required to stop it from undeleting itself (to prevent newbies from removing it accidently). I think the number I heard once was 10 hours.

Yeah you have to hang on to him for I think 20 hours of continuous play and then delete it from the datapad.

You have to delete him before taking his missions to get rid of him.
