Not really sure what you mean by "knock out", but I believe your referring to when you get knocked down when you are dizzy. There is no real way to "cure" dizzy, but depending on your toon's combat equilibrium mod you may be able to get up faster. Not sure if thats right, just what I heard.-

Force = Mass x Acceleration
So I guess everyone is force sensitive

Doctors have the ability to cure just about any state, including dizzy.

As far as the original posters question goes, there's really no way to do it besides just spamming stand and heal state right after the other. You have to be very quick to hit heal state after you try to stand to get it to stick, but other than that there's nothing you can do but hope. I've seen a few macros floating around that does basically the same thing I mentioned earlier, but none of them are foolproof or reliable. It's not like you can just push a macro button and instantly stand, it will only do what I already described and continue to fail until either the dizzy wears off or you get lucky.

In fact, sometimes a macro can be worse than doing it manually as the macro obviously wont recognize when you stand by yourself (with the dizzy still on). So if the macro uses stand and you actually manage to stand up with the dizzy still on, it can knock you back down again if the macro isn't successful in curing the dizzy fast enough. If you're determined to use a macro for it though, then go check out the doctor forums and if they don't have anything stickied there do a search in that forum for a dizzy macro.

is dizzy not just a broken state?

blind, doesnt really do much
stun, doesnt really do much
intimidate, doesnt really do much
...
dizzy can let some pathetic little mokk kill you because your stuck on your rear for about 5 minutes while you spam stand. even with master swordsman master tka, i still find dizzy frustrating, its not really leathal, but it makes me worry sometimes. i dont mind bleeding badly and having to bail, but dizzy infuriates the hell outa me. its like a knock down thats 100 times more powerful and deadly.

blind -> heavily reduces ur accuracy...if ur ranged..itll screw u hard

stun-> brings down ur defenses and it show up on the numbers above ur head

intimidate-> ur hits are dealing WAY less damage

those are pvp fundamentals..

If we were talking about any normal profession I'd agree with you, but not when it's a doctor. The goal is to hit stand and then quickly hit the healstate button right after standing, if you time it right and you're lucky it will heal the dizzy state while you're standing and before the dizzy has a chance to knock you back down again. It doesent always work but when it does it can be pretty helpful and get you out of a tight spot.

A simple macro for this is:

/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/stand;
/healstate self dizzy;
