Thread: Second Reb pilot mission no waypoint?

I'm running the second Reb pilot mission, which is basically "cruise the sector and destroy four TIEs". I never got a waypoint with the mission, so I've been crusing around looking for TIEs to fight. Is there supposed to be a waypoint for this mission?

The reason I ask is that whenever I find a TIE and try to hit it, I get a high-pitched buzz, as if I am prohibited from firing upon the TIE. Is that because the TIEs were spawned by someone else mission?

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, it's a good idea in theory, but it's stupid in that you can spend a good minute chasing down a TIE (i.e., closing in on one from long range) only to find out at the last minute that it's part of someone else's mission. Time wasted for no good reason.

They should do something about this - make you unable to target such ships so you know right from the get-go that they aren't "fair game".
