I did everything.. nothing! can't claim, can't get time.. it just says 'The Veteran System is not active'..

maybe a dev can respond and make it clear? If it's because of subscription then k... but if it's a bug.. phew .

What's the command to check your veteran status? I saw it on these boards a day or two ago, but haven't been able to find it/

From my understanding, a short interruption in subscription service should not make a difference...especially since you have a grace period to resubscribe....think it's 2 weeks (don't quote me on that though). However, it has been stated by the devs that your account have no interruptions in it's subscribtion up to the release of the reward....but who knows really.....

The other thing is that if you are eligible for the reward, you will get both a onscreen message saying so and an email telling you so....if you don't get that, then you probably don't qualify.

Also, you have to have JTL and have it enabled for you to get the reward, otherwise you can't get it since it's tied into JTL and not the ground game.

After all this....last possibility is that you can be bugged....in that case you need to contact a csr or dev to iron out the problem.

Some info by SOE on how exactly length of subscription as shown by the /getVeteranRewardTime command is calculated would be nice.

When I tried that command on tuesday, I got 311 days, although I have been subscribed without ANY interruption since July 4, 2003. So that's strange already, but when I triedit again yesterday (2 days after the first time), I again got 311 days as a result.

So something's definitely bugged here, or working very strangely at the very least.
