I'm sure all vets to the game already know this but for those who don't here's the quickest way to get Apprentice Points. The only reason I am posting this is we got a huge influx of new players to our guild and the chief complaint is Apprentice Points. For this example I will use a full set of AP which is 620
- Find a friend or guildmate with 9300 combat xp that they are willing to lose and enough time to learn and forget a skill 31 times.
- For this to work your target must have a skill they can learn and forget 31 times. For this example we will used Ranged Support 1 of the marksman Tree.If your target does not have this skill ensure they have 17 skill points available (15 for Novice & 2 points for Ranged support 1)
- Teach your target Ranged Support 1 and you will receive 20 AP
- Have your target surrender Ranged Support 1
- Teach your target Ranged Support 1 and you will receive 20 AP - Do this 31 times and you have 620 AP.

I believe you can create a macro to surrender skills.
/surrenderSkill combat_marksman_rangedsupport1, or some variant of it, will surrender the skill so you don't have to type "yes" in the box every time.

if that works I will be most gratefull!!!!!!!!!! I used to sell AP and it was a PITA to surrender that skill over and over and over and over again.

i found you dont need to type "yes" only "y"
i didnt know about the command and just like up the yes button on the learn box with the surrender button on the skills box
make sure you are surrendering the right box, i once surrendered musician fatigue healing 4 while grinding musician...... how i cried

Forget Combat XP, use Scout XP... it's so much easier to get.I can get 30k scout xp in less then 40 minutes... that's 600AP when turned over.

complete ranged support 1 forget macro:
Call it 'surrender'
/ui action defaultButton;
/pause 3;
/surrenderSkill combat_marksman_support_01;
/pause 5;
/macro surrender;
use this and the person to forget the skills doesnt have to do anything
