if i put a polearm counter attack 2 CA in a piece of clothing. And after a polearm counter attack 2/ 2h speed 2 CA in it the 2h speed will stick of the last tape right?

Yes, from what I have heard on the workaround theory for tapes, the 2 polearm tapes would cancel each other out since they are the same bonus lol and you should end up with the 2h speed.

I thought I heard that you need to put something higher than then skill tape. Course I guess it is equal to or greater.
